Cleaning one visible layer is not the same as finishing the property.
Fine dust can be disturbed and settle again when doors move, packaging is removed or trades continue. A final presentation clean is best scheduled after dust-producing work and snagging are complete, with clear access before photography or occupation.
The goal is a methodical final clean around the property’s actual finishing stage, not an endless cycle of cleaning while trades are still creating more dust.

Can the final clean happen while trades are still working?
If dust-producing or finishing work is continuing, new dust and marks can appear after cleaning. Tell us what remains so the timing can be planned sensibly.
Does this include removing building waste?
Not unless it is specifically agreed. Rubble, heavy offcuts, hazardous material and contractor waste require the appropriate removal route and should not be assumed to be part of a post-renovation cleaning quote.
Is this suitable before move-in or photography?
Yes, when the works are complete and the brief is timed around the handover, photography or occupation date.
What should I send for a quote?
A short walkthrough video, details of the works, the property size, current stage and any visible residue or sensitive finishes.
